Permanent Supportive Housing

Our agency provides Permanent Supportive Housing for single disabled veterans who are chronically homeless. We have housing programs in Gwinnett and Clayton counties. Referrals from outside agencies and a homeless verification letter detailing homelessness history of the veteran are required.

If a veteran is interested in our Permanent Supportive Housing in Gwinnett County they must complete the HomeFirst Gwinnett Pre-Screen Application Form and let our agency know they have completed the form.

Our agency must receive a referral and a homeless verification letter from an outside agency. The homeless verification letter must detail the veteran’s history of homelessness.

Once enrolled in our program veterans will be required to pay a portion of the rent and a security deposit. Veterans will also be required to pay utilities and maintain renters insurance.
