Our agency offers Rapid Re-Housing in Gwinnett County. We are committed to helping to reduce homelessness in Gwinnett County. If you are interested in our Rapid Re-Housing program please complete a pre-screening form with LAA Gwinnett Outreach Center & Coordinated Entry. You must be completely homeless for eligibility. This program will cover certain fees and costs to help you with your transition.
