If you are seeking help in Clayton County, Coordinated Entry is the best place to start. Coordinated Entry will assess your needs and connect you with an agency that is providing the services you’re looking for which may include a referral to us.

How to Get Help

  2. Open the “Client Resources” tab and click the link for New or Returning Clients.
  3. New clients: Complete the Clayton County Coordinated Entry Interest Form.
  4. Returning clients: Use the same link to update information or check back in.

Clayton County Coordinated Entry is a single access point (“front door”) that helps match residents to available community resources.
