Community Partners

At Another Chance of Atlanta, Inc., we know that no one organization can meet every need alone. That’s why community partnerships are at the heart of our work. By joining forces with local agencies, nonprofits, businesses, faith-based organizations, and government programs, we are able to reach more people, expand our services, and provide the resources that individuals and families need to thrive.

Why Partnerships Matter

Homelessness, food insecurity, and poverty are complex issues. They require collaborative solutions that bring together housing providers, healthcare organizations, workforce development programs, and supportive service agencies. Community partners allow us to:

Expand services beyond our own programs

Connect clients with resources like healthcare, job training, education, and recovery support

Strengthen the safety net so families can stabilize more quickly

Leverage funding and expertise for a greater impact

Our Gratitude

We are deeply thankful for all of our partners who walk alongside us in this mission. Your support makes it possible for us to continue providing housing, food assistance, rental support, hotel/motel stays, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing for veterans, and wraparound services for our neighbors in need.

Working Together for Change

Through these partnerships, we are creating a stronger, healthier, and more resilient community. Whether it’s providing groceries, securing housing, connecting veterans to care, or helping families avoid eviction, our partners are there every step of the way.
